[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]The all-Russian physical culture and sports public organization \u201cFederation of Practical Athletic All-Arounds of Russia\u201d (hereinafter referred to as the Federation), which was created on August 1, 2023 in order to develop the type of competitive activity \u201cpractical athletic all-around,\u201d is expanding the boundaries of its presence.<\/p>\n

In October 2023, as part of the presentation of practical athletic all-around in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Voronezh on the initiative of the President of the Federation Shlychkov A.G. Interactive master classes were held with the participation of leading instructors from the G3 Association.<\/p>\n

Considering the desire of young people for new forms of physical activity and the current political situation in the world, the sports community not only of our country, but also of the Republics of the Union of Myanmar and Senegal showed interest in a new type of competitive activity.<\/p>\n

A new type of competitive activity, \u201cpractical athletic all-around,\u201d is the sequential execution of specially designed complexes for time and precision, consisting of cyclic exercises, shooting, throwing objects, self-defense techniques, and first aid.<\/p>\n

The development of exercise complexes is based on the principle of multifunctionality and practicality, which makes it possible to competitively use all body functions, including those necessary for everyday life and the versatile preparation of pre-conscription and conscription-age citizens for military service.<\/p>\n

The novelty and uniqueness of a new form of physical activity that combines athletic training with training in close combat combat techniques, safe and skilled handling
\nwith firearms and cold weapons (shooting, throwing objects)
\nand pre-medical care, confirm that Russia is truly a sports power.
