On June 21, 2023, the final of the Practical Athletic All-Around (“PAM”) competition among security structures took place in Moscow. In order to create conditions for the competitive process in this category of participants, a working group of experts from the G3 Association developed a set of rules for all-around competitions.

This set includes a clear time schedule for performing time, accuracy and sequence of specially compiled sets of exercises, consisting of:

  • cyclical exercises
  • shooting
  • throwing objects
  • self-defense techniques
  • first aid

Following the results of the competition, the winners were awarded with gifts from the management of «Veles group».
