In Pyatigorsk from September 29 to October 2, 2023, at the Mashuk Knowledge Center, where the heads of branches and federations of the Russian Union of Martial Arts gathered as part of an all-Russian educational seminar, the Chairman of the Board of the G3 Association A.G. Shlychkov took part.
The purpose of the event is to include the heads of branches and member federations of the RSBI in the unified system of educational work of the country, where 164 sports managers from more than 70 regions will undergo comprehensive classes on the patriotic education of youth and improving management competencies.
In the format of improving professional competence, the participants met and discussed:
- Tools for promoting a personal brand and a sports organization brand
- Grants in the sports industry
- Generation theory: from conflict to effective interaction
