The non-profit organization «Vympel» Fund for Support of Participants in Combat and Special Operations was created in 2003 with the aim of providing assistance and assistance to veterans, active employees of special operational combat units of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of Russia, as well as their families. The Vympel Foundation provides support to public, social, cultural, medical, rehabilitation, sports programs and initiatives aimed at protecting the rights and interests of participants and veterans of combat operations and special operations, families of military personnel who died in combat operations and special operations, people with disabilities, and the level of their social security, creating conditions for active social activities.
